Quick Start & Care

Before first use: charge fully, and install the battery with the correct polarity — the diagram in your printed insert and the manual above shows the orientation for your model. If the light won't turn on, it may be in travel lock mode: press and hold the side switch for 3–5 seconds to unlock.
Care: wipe and lightly grease the threads and O-rings every six months, rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure, and store long-term at roughly half charge.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Q1. Is a battery included, or do I buy it separately?

Yes. Every Fitorch light ships with a compatible rechargeable battery (built in on models like the PX18) and a USB charging cable — ready out of the box. Any standard USB charger tops it up.

Q2. Can I trust it in rain — or after it falls in water?

Most Fitorch lights are rated IPX8 or IP68, which means full submersion and heavy rain are covered. Check this product's stated rating, keep the tail cap snug, and rinse with fresh water after a swim in the sea.

Q3. Are the lumens real?

Yes — output, beam distance and runtime are measured in the Fitorch lab, not estimated. Where a mode steps down over time, we publish both burst and sustained numbers. If it's on this page, we tested it.

Q4. Why does my light dim itself on Turbo?

That's intelligent temperature control working as designed. High output creates heat, so the driver steps down to a sustained level to protect the LED, battery and your hands. Give it a minute and full power returns.

Q5. What's the warranty, and is shipping free?

Every Fitorch light is backed by a 5-year warranty, and orders over $49.9 ship free. Spare O-rings and seals come in the box — and if anything ever goes wrong, the form on this page reaches our team directly.
